www.BlackHorsemen.com, Back in Black, A History of Black Horsemen in the Twentieth Century, is a work in progress, undertaken by Bud and Michelle Butler, with the assistance of many friends and family members.
This website will be used as a way of gathering information and will spotlight individual horsemen of the past and present. While our primary focus is on “show horses” (American Saddlebreds, Tennessee Walkers and Morgans), black horsemen of all breeds will be considered.
